2. What are your trading hours?
Monday - Thursday:: 10am - 6pm
Friday:: 10am - 7pm
Saturday:: 10am - 5pm
Sunday:: 11am - 4.30pm

3. Can I make an order online?
Yes - all you have to do is click on "ORDER" in the menu above. From there you can send us an email and we will reply within 48 hours to confirm the order.
We do our best to keep most items in stock. If an item you have ordered is not available, we will infom you by email and let you know how long the lead time is expected to be for that item. At that point you may choose to proceed, or cancel the order.
Delivery / freight charges will be quoted with order confirmation.

4. Can I order by phone?
Yes - all you have to do is call ARTIKEL on [04] 499 7787. We can organise credit card payment over the phone.

5. What are the payment options?
We can process credit card transactions over the phone - call the store on [04] 499 7787.
We accept Paypal as a method of payment - details for Paypal payment are below.
All prices are quoted and received in New Zealand dollars. All prices include New Zealand GST of 12.5%.

6. Do you have secure online purchasing facilities?
No not yet- we intend to add this service.

7. When will my order be shipped and how soon will it arrive ?
In-stock items will generally be shipped within 2 working days. Delivery for most items is 2 days except furniture that can take up to 4 days.

8. What is your return policy?
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only. All returns or exchanges must be in original unused condition. Return shipping, payment for return shipping and any subsequent damages from return shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser. All special orders and items made to order are non-refundable.

ARTIKEL credits are valid for 3 months from date of issue. Thereafter, unused credit is forfeited. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival.

9. Does ARTIKEL have gift vouchers?
Yes we do - these can be made to any value you wish and either picked up from the store or sent out. Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from purchase date.

Yes we have a complimentary gift wrapping service for all purchases excluding furniture.
